They won't turn on despite reset procedures
My run's right earbud stop working. The case will display a green light but will not turn on when take it out of it and I already charge it.

I am sorry to hear that your Jaybird X2 won't turn on. I can assure that this is not the behavior and performance expected from the product. Please try these suggestions that can help to resolve the issue of your headset:
- Computers are the best and safest method, as is anything 1 AMP or less.
- Try a different power source/charger
- Car chargers produce a much greater power supply and should be avoided.
- Over-charging the battery will quickly reduce the life of the headphones, so in addition to monitoring the power supply, limit the charge time to 2 hours,
- To get the most out of your battery it is recommended to charge the buds when the low battery status is indicated.
- Avoid charging your headphones after exposure to sweat.
- Make sure charging port/cradle is clear of any debris.

Thanks for the stock reply. I tried the standard methods of reset etc. Ultimately I found a work around ina YouTube comment which involves holding the power button while it is charging and (while still depressed) unplugging the earphones. This powers them back on. However I only bought them in January so this is not acceptable really. The whole story of over charging / ampage etc I mean it's 2018 and the things cost the bones €180. Theo should charge from any microUSB full stop. It's nonsense really. How do I get a replacement pair? They're still under warranty I imagine
