I Have a Freedom sprint (JF4) and I lost my cable to charge. Can you please give me the type of the connector I nead ? micro USB ?? wich type ? Thanks

I have owned my x2s for about a month. I follow the manual and still have a hard time getting the right fit with my headphones. Ive tried every fin and tip and they fit what feels like half way then fall out. I have owned the freedom sprint which fit great but they were stolen. Can you help me with my x2s? I am 30 years ild and i run and lift weights if that helps.

  Thank you for posting here in the support community. If the Micro USB 2.0 cable does not fit to your Jaybird Freedom sprint, I suggest to purchase the 8-pin USB Charging cable. You can find it on the local stores near in your area or you can purchase it online.
