Headphones not pairing or staying on
Hi, I have had my replacement Jaybirds for nearly 2 years. They were working fine apart from always having an annoying rattle in the right ear, until recently. Now, they will sometimes turn on and sometimes attempt to pair, then once they are connected when I try to play music they disconnect. Usually after this they then wont show any lights nor turn on or off no matter how long I hold the top button for. I have tried resetting the headphones (which they will not do), charging the headphones, resetting my phone, disconnecting and reconnect the headphones to my iphone bluetooth, and attempted to pair the headphones with another phone in case my phone was the problem. None of these things worked. I realize I am outside of warranty but would really like help to fix them or understand where I can send them in for repair.

***update I tried a friends charger cable. When I plugged the headphones in they paired with my phone then played music just fine. Left the headphones to charge. Came back and paired my phone again whilst they were on charge then took them off charge and they would not pair or play music. Does this mean the battery is broken in the headphones? Can this be replaced?
