    Most likely the problem you are experiencing is due to outdated drivers on your Windows PC, however, Jaybird does not have any specific drivers to install for our headsets to work. Rather, what you will need to do is contact or visit your computer manufacturer's website to get the latest available Bluetooth drivers for your specific system's make, model, and operating system version.  It needs to be A2DP compatible and Bluetooth version 2.1 or higher.

    Having this problem also. Kinda lame that $100+ headphones don't come with supported drives for common windows versions (or at least, the version of windows when this product came out).

     

    Over a year and some change later... what's the progress on providing a better fix?
