Freedom 2’s won’t charge, dies at 40% and randomly turn on

I’ve bought additional charging clips/ external battery packs (2 more) thinking that was the issue although none of my 3 will charge my headphones. If I lay the headphones just right without attaching the clip they will almost beginning to charge but they immediately turn on and back off repeatedly. I’ve had my headphones for about a year and I’m very upset with this issue. Prior to this I had jay bird freedom- sprints for nearly 4 years and they did amazing even still held a great charge up until the day I lost them. I was kinda expecting a similar consistency in product performance.
