Right earbud of my run xt is not working

    Hi Brecht,

    Thank you for reaching out. I'll be happy to help you with this one.

    I listed some of the things I'd like you to try:

    Kindly try using a different power source/charger and/or a different USB cable. A pulsing green LED on each side means it is charging, solid green light when fully charged. It is recommended to use 5V/500mA-1A charger for 2 hours only.

    It would also help to ensure that the lid of the charging case is securely closed and the charger ports and prongs align accordingly and are free from debris. You can also do a reset as listed here:

    So this is the same respons you send to all the rest... of course I already tried this. This is my last resort because the customerservice isn't that helpfull... I've paid more than enough money for the earbuds so to find out they broke down after only 10 months it's kinda sad. 

    Like to hear soon from you with a decent solution.

    I have the same issue. My case charges the left ear bud but will not charge the right bud anymore. I’ve had them for roughly 10 months. Very disappointing.

    Same issue for me too! The right earbud just stopped working!! It doesn't charge or turn on. 

    Can't even reset as the main piece as in the right earbud just won't work. In the charging base it doesn't flash either and is a solid red. I've hooked it up to the charging port and still no response.

    Please help.
