Company forgot about my case or what
So apparently they are not responding to my case

Yes!!! I have the same problem with Service. It is almost impossible to get a response from them. I tried email - NO RESPONSE, twitter- NO RESPONSE, I opened a support ticket - NO RESPONSE - I needed to call them and then i got a response but it has been 2 weeks and I am still waiting for them to complete my support ticket.
